What is Integrity?   Test Yourself
Integrity is a living and changeable quality of being human and of behaviour, which either develops or dilutes over time. It is not an absolute, rigid characteristic, but it also does not change over night.
Integrity? Test Yourself ...

The Integrity Test was designed by Dr. L.J. Fick - Culture of Integrity Inc.

It is interesting
to note that if you request a group of people (who know one another fairly well) to rank the members of the group in terms of integrity, they will assign the same ranking in more than 90 per cent of cases. We thus have a good sense and/or understanding of what integrity encompasses and which people have more or less integrity.

Obtain an indication of the level of your integrity by answering the Integrity Test questions as objectively and honestly as possible according to the indicated scoring system.

We all have integrity – some of us,
however, have more or less of it.

Integrity is the sum total of a wide range of convictions, norms, values, standards, expectations and feelings, It is strongly influenced by the community within which we live, our family, friends, culture and the experiences to which we are exposed and how we experience them. It can change, but because so many variables influence it, it usually changes gradually. It rubs off on us from the environment and other people, and the opposite is of course also true.

Integrity forms such an integral part of our daily lives that we are not even aware of its impact. It controls our lives, our behaviour and relationships with one another, individually and in a group. Without it, there would be chaos.

Integrity is a relatively vague concept for some of us, but we all know which people (or organisations) have, and which behave with, more integrity with than others. Everyone prefers associating with people who have high integrity or to do business with people or organisations that have more, rather than less, integrity.
